January 15, 2021

We continue to enhance the application.  With this update, you can now enable the Support Channel of a cluster from the mobile app, as long as you have admin privileges. This empowers you to coordinate remote troubleshooting by Cohesity Support staff even when you’re away from the console. This update also includes several visual enhancements.

Would be nice to be able to see the status of protection and recovery jobs and be able to drill down into them.

Perfect for Viewing Quick Cluster Status

This app delivers more than expected and is fast and responsive when navigation.

I really like the detail available on past and present cases that show the notes and status from each support session.

Being able to provide management with an easy to access high level view of the overall health of our data protection platform is a big win for the team!
