Great way to be notified of issues with your cluster when not at work.
Good but lacking some key points
Would be nice to be able to see the status of protection and recovery jobs and be able to drill down into them.
Perfect for Viewing Quick Cluster Status
This app delivers more than expected and is fast and responsive when navigation.
I really like the detail available on past and present cases that show the notes and status from each support session.
Being able to provide management with an easy to access high level view of the overall health of our data protection platform is a big win for the team!
Excited to see what other features will be added in the future.

This is a great and well laid out app that provides a simple, yet informative view into your Cohesity environment. It makes it very easy to remotely check progress, alerts or anything you’d want to know about your environment. Well thought out and extremely fast to use. Love it.

This is great app when you do not have you laptop. It allow you to do a quick look at cohesity backups.

This tool connects me to all of my Cohesity clusters around the globe with a single portal. I get alerts on usage and can easily see where I have problems. Invaluable when I am on the go!
A great way to keep your finger on the pulse of your data protection
I have been using the Cohesity Helios app for some time now. It is a quick way to keep up with what’s happening with our data protection.
High Level Cluster Overview
Offers a high-level overview of your clusters. The app design is very nice and even lets you see analytics, recent errors and recent case details. It's a little sparse on actionable data though, and I'm not sure how useful it is other than a quick glance to tell if you need to login or not.

Basic functionality, but simple and straightforward
Cohesity Helios is a basic app to give you vision into the performance of you Cohesity system. The app is simple to use and navigate. However, it is currently limited to visibility into the system. Making configuration changes or getting detailed statistics cannot be done in the app.

I would like a little more control. And have the authentication process improved.
Right now it’s a dashboard which is useful for management, the auth is with an API key which is definitely something more on the technical side.

Ok, should work for us
Simplifies quick checks and validation of areas of question. I do like where the app is currently, but not sure if we can totally reply on for critical operational tasks (maybe that’s not the purpose of Helios?)
Nice UI, confusing to login.
It’s nice to have a simple, and easy to use UI. Logging into the app using the API token was less than ideal, and was frustrating to figure out. The instructions were unclear. Why not just use the standard login and password that’s already tied to my Helios account and do some back-end wizardry to get your API token?
