Can’t find my deposit on my wallet
I’m frustrated because I can't find my deposit on my Coin Cloud wallet. I’m reaching out to you because I think it’s best to reach out to Coin Cloud support for assistance. I need your help to track down my deposit and resolve any issues facing the app. Just contacting you guys here, your support team and i hope to be guided through the process of recovering my cryptocurrency.

I was so dissatisfied to carry out necessary probing but i really wanted to leap on the crypto trading and investment aim. Unfortunately for me, I invested 53,450 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was delighted to observe my account increase to 230,200 USD within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a bogus company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. Missing over $1600
I’ve called, I’ve emailed and I can’t get a straight answer. I have no idea what happens to my $1600 in Bitcoin since they’ve gone bankrupt. Scammers? Very much so. Avoid this app like the plague!
Seized my money!
I would never use coin cloud again. Two weeks I purchase bitcoins on the coin cloud app and as of today it is not in my coin cloud wallet. I have been promised a refund for two weeks straight and as of today no refund!!! This is unprofessional and I will never use them again!!
It’s a scam
Every single time I always seem to deposit money into my wallet few minutes later he goes back to zero and I try refreshing the page I try to contact support and they always seem to tell me that they’re going to help but they don’t help I still haven’t received any of my money. i’ve lost quite a lot of money.

How to send your money from your wallet without it been confirmed
Click on settings then click on advanced and you will see Rest all settings and Use Unconfirmed funds click on unconfirmed funds and you will be able to send or swap your funds

I am writing this email to lay a complaint about my missing bitcoin from my wallet, my total cash value(bitcoin) balance yesterday was $5,000 and I sent $500 from the account which was supposed to remain $4,500 but instead I am seeing a cash value(bitcoin) balance of $200.
I have checked my recent transactions and the transaction of yesterday wasn’t there, the receiver of the $500 has received it but I am yet to see my initial balance.
I don’t know what the problem is but I want this rectified as soon as possible because this is causing so much discomfort to me.

Seized my money
Hi, I bought some bitcoin from a ATM MACHINE last week Wednesday but it's not in my wallet. When I called coin cloud they said that this version of coin cloud has a lots of problem...so they reached out to technical support.… When I called them they said they were able to fixed the problem.....the transaction was processed successfully in the blockchain. so they said to wait to sync with the server. But until today nothing is showing up on my wallet. I called today Called them back, just spoke to them. I told him you guys keep on telling me it’s going to be fixed today everyday last week until today is not showing yet.

This is literally the most non-transparent network. You can’t get any relevant information about past transactions. Don’t waste a minute in this. Total garbage and a huge waste of money.
