Horrible company and bad customer service
Company had a promotion that I didn’t care about and for some reason they paid me some money because I deposited funds into my account. Months later they realize they overpaid me $7.50 and they froze my account and I couldn’t do anything with the purchases I had. Lost hundreds of dollars because of their issue and they would not let me sell the derivatives that I purchased. This company can suck it

I would say it’s quick easy and timeless many apps make you go around to multiple pages while Coinbase keeps it simple

I went through all the steps to verified my identity and account and they still wouldn’t let me make trades and they kept flagging my account due to a glitch. I am trying to leave the app and get my money out but they won’t even let me close my account. I tried customer service and all I got was some AI BS. Use a different app for your crypto.

Buying fee. Selling fee. Deposit fee. Withdraw fee take your money elsewhere or they will drain you with their fees on every step
Can't transfer XRP out of wallet using the app
Today, after several attempts and making sure that the app is up-to-date, I am unable to send my XRP to another wallet. The part that stops is where it asks for a tag. The wallet that I'm sending it to does not provide a tag and so when I go to click the skip button on the Coinbase app, it does not work. I cannot move forward.
