Unexpected Membership Charge and No Way to Cancel in the App.
I signed up for Coinbase to buy Bitcoin a long time ago and recently decided to give it another try. Buying Bitcoin itself was straightforward, but I was surprised to find a $4.99 Basic Membership charge that I don't remember signing up for. To make matters worse, the option to cancel the membership in the iPhone app is non existent. The buying experience was smooth, but the membership cancellation process was frustrating and needs to be more transparent.

I won’t recommend this application to anyone unless you wanna be logged out of your own account someday, maybe while trying to make a transaction or just out of the blue. Before using this platform, beware that any money you put in there isn’t fully yours.
Horrendous security set up
Just used to be an amazing app. Now AI has killed it. The AI flags your account for “suspicious activity”, which apparently qualifies as virtually any activity!!
I tried to take out 100 of crypto out of $3000 and it locked my account. I contacted customer service and they wouldn’t unlock it for me!
