I can get into contact with support easily if I have needed to. They also don’t have the same regulatory risk that Coinbase has because they don’t list other crypto currencies (which are really unregistered securities).

1:1 - a Bitcoin’ers Dream
Possibly one of the only exchanges to actually hold user funds 1:1. Never seen such an innovative team at the wheel. I sleep sound knowing my funds are SAFU. Would be nice to see an option in the settings to see what email you are logged into and what your user ID is in future updates 🤞
