I would like to suggest some improvements to the Web Trading Terminal to enhance the overall user experience. It would be highly beneficial if the platform could be made more powerful and smoother in terms of performance, speed, and real-time execution. A more optimized and responsive interface would greatly support active traders.
Additionally, I request you to consider adding USA stock futures to the Web Trading Terminal. Access to U.S. stock futures directly from the web platform would provide greater flexibility and help traders make more informed decisions based on global market movements.

Need Improvement in Chart
Overall, my experience with the app has been very smooth and reliable. The user interface is clean, order execution is fast, and the platform feels secure. I am genuinely happy using CoinDCX.
However, to stay ahead in the competitive crypto trading market and to make the app even more user-friendly for traders, I would like to suggest a few feature improvements:

Adding a trailing Take Profit and Stop Loss option directly on the chart would be extremely helpful. Traders should be able to place and adjust TP/SL by dragging it on the chart, allowing it to trail with price movement.
2. Close Trade Directly from Chart
There should be an option to close an open trade directly from the chart itself. This would allow faster decision-making, especially during volatile market conditions.
3. Enhanced Chart-Based Controls
Features like drag-and-drop TP/SL, quick modification from the chart, and better visibility of active positions on the chart would greatly improve the trading experience.

Very poor experience. Would not recommend
I invested almost ₹4,000 on CoinDCX, and from day one I never saw any real profit. The value just kept going down every single day. No recovery, no stability, only continuous losses.
Because of this, I was forced to sell around ₹2,300 at a loss of roughly ₹400–₹500 just to recover whatever I could. What’s worse is that my remaining balance of about ₹1,700 has now dropped to around ₹300. That is a massive erosion of money for a small investor like me.
The app gives a feeling that the listed coins are poorly managed or highly manipulated. It often feels like retail users are always on the losing side, with no transparency on why prices keep crashing. I personally feel the platform is designed in a way where users keep losing money, while profitability is never visible for normal investors.
Crypto is risky, but this level of consistent loss without any upside feels unreasonable and extremely discouraging. My experience has been financially and mentally stressful. I regret using this app and would advise others to be very cautious before investing their hard-earned money here.

Frustrating Experience with CoinDCX – TRC20 USDT Deposit Still Not Working
I’ve been trying to deposit USDT using the TRC20 (Tron) network on CoinDCX for over two weeks now, and the issue still isn’t resolved. At first, it showed that deposits were on hold till 2nd August. Now it says they’ll reopen on or after 6th August, but even on 6th August, the TRC20 network deposit is still not available.
This has been a very disappointing experience. There’s no clear communication or update from CoinDCX support. I’ve been forced to delay my transactions and miss market opportunities because of this.
A platform like CoinDCX, which claims to be reliable and efficient, should not take this long to resolve such a critical issue – especially when TRC20 is one of the most used networks for USDT. Please fix this ASAP and provide timely updates to your users!
