Very poor experience. Would not recommend
I invested almost âš4,000 on CoinDCX, and from day one I never saw any real profit. The value just kept going down every single day. No recovery, no stability, only continuous losses.
Because of this, I was forced to sell around âš2,300 at a loss of roughly âš400ââš500 just to recover whatever I could. Whatâs worse is that my remaining balance of about âš1,700 has now dropped to around âš300. That is a massive erosion of money for a small investor like me.
The app gives a feeling that the listed coins are poorly managed or highly manipulated. It often feels like retail users are always on the losing side, with no transparency on why prices keep crashing. I personally feel the platform is designed in a way where users keep losing money, while profitability is never visible for normal investors.
Crypto is risky, but this level of consistent loss without any upside feels unreasonable and extremely discouraging. My experience has been financially and mentally stressful. I regret using this app and would advise others to be very cautious before investing their hard-earned money here.
Overall: disappointing, risky, and not beginner-friendly at all.

Frustrating Experience with CoinDCX â TRC20 USDT Deposit Still Not Working
Iâve been trying to deposit USDT using the TRC20 (Tron) network on CoinDCX for over two weeks now, and the issue still isnât resolved. At first, it showed that deposits were on hold till 2nd August. Now it says theyâll reopen on or after 6th August, but even on 6th August, the TRC20 network deposit is still not available.
This has been a very disappointing experience. Thereâs no clear communication or update from CoinDCX support. Iâve been forced to delay my transactions and miss market opportunities because of this.
A platform like CoinDCX, which claims to be reliable and efficient, should not take this long to resolve such a critical issue â especially when TRC20 is one of the most used networks for USDT. Please fix this ASAP and provide timely updates to your users!

A complete disaster for serious traders
CoinDCX has to be one of the worst platforms Iâve ever used for crypto trading. Today, I made a profit of 17,000 INR, but thanks to their unreliable and buggy app, I lost 11,000 INR of that profit! Their so-called Web3 wallet is a jokeâcompletely unresponsive and useless. I wasnât able to transfer or sell SOL from their âWeb3 walletâ to the âCoinDCX Simple Funda,â which is the bare minimum functionality youâd expect from a crypto platform.
Whatâs even more infuriating is that this issue cost me a significant portion of my profit due to the appâs incompetence. Imagine a trading app that works against you instead of for you! No proper customer support, no accountability, and certainly no resolution for such costly errors.
Avoid CoinDCX if you value your time, money, and sanity. Theyâre far behind other exchanges in terms of reliability and efficiency. Absolutely disgraceful experienceâstay far away!

Crypto is good, CoinDCX is a scam
What they dont tell you ~ exceptionally high fees for transactions. If you're making high end purchases, they ll disable so many features to put you off. And they will not just charge you high fees, during both your buy & sell, eat off large portions of your sum ( 5-10% ) apart from the higj fees they keep charging, which will leave you with the same or less with what you had.
And they also remove cryptos from gainers when they are doing splurge & go beyond 1000% mark
No filters available to check, just their manipulated lists.
In order make decent profits, one needs to be able to make even hundreds of transactions, especially with web3. But their app is so laggy, it will for some reason stop refreshing when you make profits & suddenly get to when you're below break even point.
Dont use this app for your crypto trading. There are many better options out there. CoinDCX is ridiculously scammy along with politically laced ambassadors getting in your face whenever you open the app.
They don't have record of over 5-6k which vanished in thin air with no proof during the buy & sell. You can try, once you make high purchases, you ll experience this.

I downloaded the app to by Bitcoin and was able to do it after I completed all the KYC verification and account linking, soon I wanted to sent the coins to other wallet and I got error that withdrawal is not activated â no where during verification or before buying I was told about the withdrawal activation beforeâ, I tried selling my bitcoins and I was allowed to do that but the money stays in wallet and I couldnât withdraw because of same reason. I did raise multiple tickets for this and reached out multiple teams for several days the issue is not yet resolved, my money is blocked in there wallet because of this foolish app. I feel this is unethical and very poor service by this company who easily allows you to put money but does not allow to withdraw money
Please ensure you do not give your hard earned money to this company as it looks like a scam to me.

Worst customer support.
While depositing crypto coin, everything is looking well in block explorer yet this App doesnât updates your investment or coins deposited. Also, when contacted customer support center the kind of response they provide is worthless, itâs like, âwho are you, we donât even care.â And next you know youâre loosing money because your coin is still struck somewhere in the blockchain and their tech team is busy mocking your effort to resolve this issue.
Also, the block explorer of the coin displays successful transaction and is showing my coins but the app doesnât update it donât know why? Tech team is busy giving fraudulent reasons which Iâm countering through screenshot sharing.
Secondly, every support is ONLY through mail, so your coin maybe struck even for days or maybe weeks.
Iâm still waiting for their response.

No body likes someone taking 0.2% of sell and buy.
I would have rated 5 but the main reason why I am rating you down is because 0.2 % of the fee for both sell and buy is too much. Selling I can understand but why are you charging when we are buying.

Payment options and delay
When ever the prices of crypto goes down you shut your funds adding services and app goes under maintenance which shows that you donât want your customers to invest when the prices are down. I have noticed u wanted us to use mobikwik wallet and I installed that only for crypto use and now you have shut that also and should add 5000 or more funds to use mobikwik

Improvements needed
Would like to see the feature which is available in Redmi phone where it shows feature like Current investment and total returns and losses with profit as well and how much a coin recovers from its previous low or high. Kindly make it available for the IOS users as well because it will not only give the interface for all the users but also help them to keep a check on their investment and returns. Moreover the application works perfectly fine but this is one of the most important change which is needed. And try adding more trending coins in the list.

Customer service is so bad and app also
While signing up for the app it asks me to enter my last name whereas I don't have but without the last name they not allowing me to sign up so I just entered my dad's last name which I don't have in my certificates, but they allow me to invest money in their app without notifying me that you are not eligible to invest because your documents not verified yet. so, I m trying to withdraw my money from the app so now they are saying you canât withdraw your money because of name mismatch?????? Really if it is then y u accepted my money at the time of investment and after that, I tried to get help from the customer service but they didn't respond to me till date means almost more than 2 days.

Worst app for buying/trading crypto
You have plans to buy crypto and you start your research and the moment you calculate the dip and when to buy, they just put all the deposit options under maintenance, and all you can do is just stare at that graph and whine about your calculated missed opportunity. All because of the tools you used. Itâs a suggestion to all the new users please look for alternatives as i have noticed they only want you to buy the peak and not the dips, thereby keeping your investments locked in for longer time.
Also, if you want to move your crypto to personal wallets, such high withdrawal fees, i understand there must be the transaction fees involved but they are a fraction of the cost which these guys take. So, you cannot even move your crypto out without paying some large amounts which is a lot for smaller investors. 1. The biggest limitation is the one and only payment mode using MobiKwik. I am not sure how many people in the real world use this app for payments but No choice here. The other bigger problem with using MobiKwik is that it charges 1.5% for every transaction ie adding funds to the account every time u do so. Which is quite insane as itâs highly unnecessary.
2. CoindDCX, you guys really need to think on the above and add more options. That is in case you intend to grow your business.
3. Every time When the market falls and is the key time for investment, the app restricts adding funds stating the partner account is under maintainence. This way they actually restrict you to both invest or even remove your investments.
4. The phone App is useless for investing. There are a lot limitations in terms of market watch and investment. You have to use the desktop version for a more real-time market watch and investing the right way.
