Alternative Product not displaying countdown hours/mins.
Reward vouchers cannot be used for Limit Buy/Sell. Alternative products upon purchased does not display expiry according to Singapore timezone. If this can’t be done, at least display the remaining hours or minutes. A lot of cognitive load.
Scam
Such a scam platform. Firstly (main problem), only do they take a huge sum of fees when you both buy and sell, but there is also this thing I learned called hidden spread where they take even more of your money. That is why I was wondering why when I bought coins with $500, my money immediately drops to $494 and when I sell, I lose $7 of the estimated value. Secondly, there’s so little coins available. STRONGLY DON’T RECOMMEND FOR NOT ONLY PROFESSIONALS BUT BEGINNERS

Lack of features
They must learn from other renowned apps for useful features. To me it’s very simple application with limited features. I would request to please incorporate automation tool to buy and sell at defined target price.
Worse after update
1. Price doesn’t refresh promptly.
2. Crash everytime when there is a volatile market, ends up missed the good chance to trade.

Unreasonably high transaction fees
The transaction fees are outrageously high—four to five times more than other platforms. With every buy and sell, money just seems to disappear. I trusted this platform because it’s a local Singaporean company, but I feel cheated.
What’s worse is that I can’t even set my own buy and sell prices. Isn’t that a basic feature of any trading system? If they keep taking a margin from every angle, do they really think they’ll attract more customers?
