Отвратительно просто. Деньги списали. Кнопка восстановить пароль не работает. Письма в тех поддержку не отправляются. Невозможно восстановить аккаунт. Никогда не пользуйтесь этим приложением

Приложение полно ошибок и отвратительного дизайна. Разработчикам мало того что вы оформили подписку, не важно годовую или пожизненную. Они будут вас бомбардировать предложением о более дорогом тарифе ваш каждый заход в приложение. Вы не знаете, после обновление все ваши записи полетят к черту или они действительно что-то исправили. Лучше записывайте в блокнот ручкой на бумаге, и то будет менее муторно и выгоднее.

Пользуюсь больше 5 лет. Но пару дней перестало запускаться. Обновление не помогло. В чем проблема?
Still buggy after 15 years
App is borderline unusable, freezing and requiring a restart is the everyday norm, and even that doesn’t help most of the times. Disappointing.

I love the Coinkeeper a lot. It helps me with budgeting and is easy to understand.
They stopped supporting app
This was a great application, but unfortunately, developers completely abandoned it. App does not calculate expenses correctly by custom and shows just random numbers. Worse - it is impossible to reach support via app, every time I click on send it just says that error has accrued and try later… well I’ve been trying for days… disappointed because I have a paid version.

It is complicated to use, to costuming, to set monthly budgets, ….. and the tutorials on YouTube are terrible bad explained, are useless ! Definitely it is a No!
I paid for a LIFETIME access, but now it’s gone
I paid for a lifetime access years ago. But now getting alerts to pay again. What’s the problem? This appeared when I opened your app on another phone with the same Apple ID. When I’m trying to write to support, it says that an error has occurred. Maybe here you can help me

Оплатил подписку, не пришел логин пасс. По мэйлу поддержки письма не доходят
Просто убили приложение новой версией
Новой версией невозможно пользоваться. Ни тебе интеграции с банками. Я даже разобраться не смог где кнопка добавить расход. Абсолютно интуитивно непонятное приложение стало, а жаль подавало большие надежды
If you want to save money, do not buy this application
I made an annual subscription, as a result, the money was withdrawn 4 times, but no new features appeared in the application. Refunds are also not possible for unknown reasons.
Log in issue
Can’t log in since couple of days and can’t even send a request to Help desk as it shows system error(, pls help!
Scam
Don’t be excited about the app, I downloaded and bought subscription after this they didn’t give me to login, my mistake I was thinking transaction didn’t go trough and bought it again and the same thing, it just pop up to subscribe again 30£ just went on air. Either apple support didn’t want to make refund for such a mistake.
