Very sad I have to write this review.
I’ve been a premium CoinKeeper user for years now , and a few months ago I probably would have nothing but praises for the app, the design, the ease of use, how intuitive it is, and how creative you can be with it - tracking your expenses can be as simple or detailed as you want it to be with this app.
Unfortunately, it seems to be run by a company full of crooks and money grabbers. Every year they come up with a new subscription type to make the previous one seem outdated. You would assume that at least some mildly intelligent person in the service and quality assurance team would stop and say “we should AT LEAST keep the features of the previous subscription so people continue to use it”, but no.
They decided to make the premium subscription have none of the features, in fact it has all the same limitations as the free versions, and it requires you to buy either a Platinum Plus or Platinum Plus Plus?!? What the hell is wrong with you people.
I now have a $17.99 charge on my credit card but an app that does literally nothing. Are you kidding me?!
Needless to say, the service team is completely MIA. No answers on chats, no email replies. Even the website’s “help center” shows an error when you try to submit an inquiry.
If you are a person trying to find a good expense tracker RUN AWAY.
And to the CoinKeeper service team, if you miraculously read this, please find my account, refund me the $17.99 you charged me on June 13, 2026, and never contact me again.

We only offer new functionality, which is designed to expand the possibilities. This functionality will be available under a different pricing plan. The new tariff is an additional option that is intended for those who want to get more opportunities. The decision to switch to a different tariff is completely voluntary, and you can stay on the current tariff if it suits you.
СБРАСЫВАЮТСЯ ДОЛГИ
Уже не в первый раз сбрасываются долги и теряется история -> у меня неактуальная инфа. Пользуюсь приложением лет 7, но это заставляет смотреть в сторону других аналогов

В новой версии приложения мы все исправили. Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства.
Не работает синхронизация
Подключил ТБанк, с ним все окей, операции синхронизируются.
Но со сбером проблемы, в одно время я вообще не мог подключить банк, после ввода данных - просто белый экран бесконечно, поэтому забил на это приложение. Вот вчера решил еще раз попробовать, карта подключилась, но из множества операций подгрузилась только последняя, хотя синхронизация должна пройти за месяц и операций по карте было много. Потом подключил другую карту сбера, там все операции подгрузились да месяц.
Но теперь, чтобы просто обновить баланс и синхронизировать операции, нужно опять вводить данные сбера, это вообще полнейший бред.
Это стандартная работа приложения? Или это проблема? Если это проблема, как сделать так, чтобы ее не было?

Отличное приложение
Максимально комфортное приложение , особенно удобно связь с банками , хотелось бы еще загрузку через выписку из банка .
Имба для личных финансов.
Пользуюсь больше 3х лет, всё нравится. Другие приложения не пробовал, и не знаю для чего, если в этом есть всё что мне нужно. Учитывает доход, расход, карточки банковские и счета можно добавлять. Конечно я покупал подписку, ещё на старом устройстве, помогли с переносом аккаунта на эпл, за что спасибо. В общем всё есть и всё удобно.

Ужас
Я не понимаю, за что я плачу деньги. В приложении вечно что-то не работает, то синхронизация то экспорт данных. Супер платные функции которые не работают. Про косяки в дизайне я промолчу. Также раздражает уже при каждом запуске приложения видеть окно с подпиской платинум. То есть я плачу за премиум и еще должен видеть агрессивную рекламу приложения? Бизнес по-русски.

Простой способ списать деньги
Я оплатил подписку за 15 долларов на год по скидке. Оплата прошла, чек получил, но в итоге в приложении ничего не отображает!
Liked the original CoinKeeper
I have been a CoinKeeper avid user for about 5 years. I loved the original app and used it daily. When later versions came out I tried them but went back to the original app as I preferred it. However, this month my app just, without warning stopped opening and I have lost all my history. I loaded the new app and synced my data but it is now in a nonsense currency that I can’t seem to change and I don’t like the look and feel of it compared to the original app
