High grading and valuation issues

Such a great concept, but improvements are needed. In general, I found grading is too high. Lighting plays such a key role. I’ve tried emailing support but never get a response at least yet. The valuation does not seem to be consistent between grades for the same coin. Lighting is not a factor on this particular issue. For example, a 1944S Lincoln penny is valued at $17 in VG (8) condition and $1 in F(12) condition. Another example would be a 1955-D Lincoln penny in VF condition you value at $330 when it’s really only worth about $0.25. I wonder how many high valuations I have wrong because I didn’t double check the value generated by your app against an AI tool. Additionally, if you scan a US two cent and three cent piece, in both cases, it returns with no space between two cent and three cent names. So it can’t find the coin. If you manually add a space (twocents vs two cents), it finds the coin category, but you’ve lost the photo and all the relevant details from the prior scan. Finally, you really need to add search criteria and filter criteria to the collection you allow people to build. There is no easy or good way to find a specific coin without manually going through each coin you have scanned into the collection. That frankly is not usable.
