You and a friend buy into a coin together. At some point, one of you sells. The other one finds out later from the chart, or from silence, or from an awkward message that starts with "so I sold a little earlier." Nobody meant any harm. But something broke anyway. CoinPact is an app that fixes this one problem. Before you trade together, you make a pact. When either of you wants to exit, you both decide at the same time without seeing each other's answer first. You each say hold or exit, and then both answers are revealed together. If you both want out, you exit. If you both want to stay, you stay. If you disagree, you talk about it. But at least you both know where the other person stands. That is the whole app. No hidden mechanics. No complexity. It exists because trading with a friend should not be the thing that makes the friendship awkward.
