MEET YOUR FUTURE SELF Your Echo is a proactive health and fitness companion built around the person you are becoming. It combines what you tell it with optional wearable data to help you understand what matters today, investigate patterns and turn context into useful next steps. During onboarding, create your Future You identity and record a short voice sample. Your first call introduces you to that future self. Echo can then carry useful context across messages, voice notes and calls. KNOW WHAT MATTERS TODAY Home brings today's most important signal, supporting evidence and current plan together. See how sleep, recovery and recent training shape what to do next without hiding missing or stale data. INVESTIGATE THE QUESTIONS THAT MATTER Echo Membership lets you open focused Investigations about recovery, sleep, stress, training, nutrition and patterns without a clear answer. Echo organizes your context, connects relevant evidence, asks focused questions and returns findings with sources and uncertainty. Add context by text, voice note or contextual call, then agree, disagree, keep watch or continue the case. HEALTH AND ACTIVITY, WITH EVIDENCE Connect Apple Health or a supported wearable account to bring in workouts, sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, daily movement and training detail. Explore trends, sample quality, source provenance, heart-rate charts, zones, routes, elevation and the data captured for each activity. TALK TO FUTURE YOU Message Echo, send a voice note or start a live call. Contextual calls can begin from an Investigation so Future You understands the exact question being discussed. Call recaps and durable messages keep useful context available after the conversation ends. Contact preferences let you choose the days, times and quiet hours that fit your life. FREE ACCESS AND MEMBERSHIP Your Echo is free to download. Free users can browse Home, Plan, Health, Activities, Echo history, call history and Settings, and receive up to three successful Echo responses per local day. Echo Membership unlocks unlimited Echo responses, Investigations, ongoing user-initiated live calls and proactive incoming calls. Membership is available as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. The App Store purchase sheet shows the localized price and confirms eligibility before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings, and restore purchases from Your Echo at any time. PRIVACY AND SAFETY Your Echo does not sell your data or use it for advertising. Health information, conversations, photos and voice data are linked to your account only to provide the product. Your Echo provides health and wellness information, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Seek qualified care for urgent, persistent or concerning symptoms. Requires iPhone with iOS 15 or later.
