User reviews

Issues since day one. Buyers beware….

So coins are my hobby and now actually about half my income. That is a good thing and I have been trying to find some resources that can help with basic information like this app describes it can do but I guess I just got my hopes up. I’m not trying to get it to grade or identify a doubled Die error for example because it cannot do that for sure. I gave it chance hoping future updates would make it a little more useful but now I’m just kinda done. I have reached out to this company through Help in the App Store and I’m not even sure that works correctly. Now where I’m at after deleting and reinstalling this app from the App Store it won’t allow me to restore and crashes after I take a picture of a coin. I wouldn’t even normally write a review like this but taking my money, is one thing, but taking it and not allowing the customer to contact you with issues on the product is just not classy… I’m hoping for a refund but actually at this point I don’t know what I’m expecting… if it was a couple bucks I probably would have just donated it but $35 and I can’t even use the app doesn’t work… I hope to post again with some positive news at least a call back or an email would be awesome so
To be continued…..
