Hidden subscription fees and refuses to refund
They charged me over $1,000 in subscription fees for a service that I never used and refuse to refund me for it. Customer service is basically nonexistent as well.
They charged me when I had canceled my subscription
I had canceled my subscription over a year ago. And they charged me for a premium plan. Very upset they could just steal money from me.

I FX trade, a lot of withdrawals…if not for this app I wouldn’t have known I was missing payments, Robinhood wasn’t depositing all my crypto. Thanks!!!!
Maybe it’s me, but I have so much trouble with this app
Once again I cannot login. I just logged in on the website, then try the exact same id & password on the app & I get locked out for 24 hours. They say you can get your crypto taxes ready in minutes, but it’s taken me days every year. I’d try another company but I’ve sunk so much time into getting transactions correct that I don’t want to start again with a new company not knowing if they’d be any better.

I don’t understand the high reviews
This app feels like the old cable companies: it caches you with a low priced-package for then to app the cost 3 times before you can actually get what you need out of it. And each package gives very little value for the price. (Note: i am interested in the tax product. I decided to ask for a refund and look for another way. It’s $299 for just the crypto tax forms i then need to put into TurboTax which will also charge extra for having crypto income). Seems silly for them to overprice to this level instead of offering people a fair price so they become loyal customer. Especially when Claude/AI can already help w some of the same needs
