Amazing
Absolutely phenomenal booking system, I use this system for my barbershop and not only is it easy for clients to book and manage their appointments but the backend from a business perspective simply can’t be outmatched. Tons and tons of features and constantly adding more on what almost seems like a monthly basis. Highly recommend.

So far, so many issues
I changed over to Cojilio from another platform. I had to because I changed my payment system and it was the one that was recommended to use with it. I have had nothing but issues from day 1. This platform is much more expensive than the one I was using and offers way less features.
The calendar is not user friendly for a business that runs back ti back clients. It downstairs show the whole appointment length at a glance which makes it very difficult to book new appointments. It also doesn’t show any add one or multi services in 1 appointment until you take several steps to look to see what was booked. This is not smooth to see what your day entails.
The customer service just likes ti say they will “add to list” but I truly believe they won’t ever make it streamline or compare to other platforms.
They only allow you to send Text reminders to a certain amount of clients before they charge. This is crazy!! I have to constantly explain to my clients that their appointments are booked and can be seen via email and then reminded in a text. It is 2022 and people really like the convenience of text before email.
I will stick this out for now because I have invested so much time and money to change platforms

MUST-HAVE
This app has completely changed the ease in operating my business. I can now power through the admin tasks that were previously cumbersome in a much more efficient manner. This results in me being able to increase my bookings, keep everything organized and ultimately drive more business to myself. The customer service team is also great and has always been attentive to all my needs and questions. Never going back to anything else!

The best option out there!
This is by far the best, most advanced platform. It has so many incredible features that I actually use and know how to use. It has really helped our retention and cancellations. Can’t recommend it enough to businesses BIG and small!

Best Booking App!
Cojilio came into my life at the perfect time! I’ve been looking for over 2 years for a company that allows me to have my own app to book my clients, allow them to pay through the app and to offer classes where students can pay through the app too! They have two options which is great if you’re first starting out. I can’t wait to switch to the branded version so my clients and students can have a REAL professional app that’s customizable to my brand and business! This is by far the easiest booking app and allows you to use the app on your phone to book clients easily and check your schedule! The best part, you’re able to send your clients push notifications like a REAL APP! How freaking awesome!! You’re also able to make adjustments and add services and book clients online too if you prefer that option! They really thought about everything, so you don’t have to!! I highly recommend cojilio if you’re looking for your own app and becoming more successful!!
