Disaster of an app
After loading money with ATH Movil it just disappears from your balance and there’s no way to submit a claim from the app because it just gives an error
Needs work
App works somewhat good. Needs more options in HOW to add funds. Limits on how much to add really makes it to always have either 25 cents or a full dollar in the app. A rework with that feature would be great.
Update Loop
In the beginning I had no problem using the app, however just recently I been having a problem. The update notification appears and remains in a loop. Now I can’t use any vending machine from my job.
Never loading
App keeps on a never ending loop and even if you forget your password the recovery method is a joke in which never sends the OTP at all

Screen is stuck on checking for updates, app does not work.
Stuck checking for updates
Love having my money held hostage. Been waiting for 10 minutes for an update check. Restarted the app, reinstalled, I even managed to sign out. Still, checking for updates. Unusable.
Constant refreshing
Every single time I’m going to use this application starts a never ending refresh. Even deleting and reinstalling the app still doing same thing

Waste of time
I just downloaded the app thinking it would be tap to pay once downloaded and I was prompted to download another app to then reload my card to pay for a $2 water?? No thanks.
UI autofill is incorrect
IOS. During sign up the name fields are named incorrectly and bring up the wrong auto fill data ie last name on first name, etc.. Email field does not trigger iOS HIDE MY EMAIL. QA needs to retest.
Unreliable
Unreliable. It won’t connect to the machine. It happens wayyyy too often.

Doesn't let me pay
So I tried to use the App in order to buy soda on the machines, had full minimum 5 dollars, and ent ready to pay, but when I pressed on the buttons, all it did was just show me the price and that's it, pressed on it again and nothing, honestly it worked in the past but now it just seems like a waste of time for me

Scam
The min you can load is 5$. It’s only ever worked once and I have no way of getting a refund. The app will find the machine but connecting to it and sending the credits to the machine never works. It will drop the connection and make you start the process all over. I don’t have that kind of time or patience to stand in front of a machine attempting 10+ times only to leave thirsty.

I was trying to make a purchase for the vending machine. I don’t have ATH Movil and it’s ridiculous that there’s not another option and it’s only that type of option.
