Product Not Found
I wanted to purchase the new BTS album but it keeps saying product not found. It’s 24 minutes past the drop date/time. It’s available on Weverse right now…

Unnecessary costs
Absolutely the last time I’ll ever shop with them again. First of all, I have discovered their prices are nearly double what the official retailers charge, which is already a huge problem. On top of that, their shipping fees are outrageous, I paid close to $100 for express shipping, only for my order to be delayed anyway.
But the worst part? After all that, I was hit with an import duty bill of nearly £100 before I could even receive my items. I honestly can’t believe that with such a high delivery fee, import charges weren’t already covered. In the end, I’ve ended up paying nearly half the cost of my entire order just in hidden fees.
The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The added costs make it absolutely not worth it. You’re better off buying elsewhere.

It’s not working anymore
Every time I tried to add some thing to my cart, it shows the message “ Uh oh! Some items have sold out and were removed from your cart.” I tried everything and nothing works, I had to buy my stuff on the browser.
Everything was fine, now it's chaos
Before the application worked wonderfully, now it doesn't even allow me to enter the search engine to find a product since it shows that there are no products with that word (I searched for “Stray Kids” and nothing appears). I went to the menu because the new product launches appear and I found the SKZ album among them, I clicked on it and the same thing as before appears “No Product Found. Oops, we couldn't find any results matching your search. Try a different keyword.” I've been like this since March, and it's already July 2024 and nothing has changed, not even my previous orders appear.

Great app for k-pop fans
This the best app to buy k-pop goodies. They ship super fast, I live in Mexico and the shipment is so so fast, like fr. I personally have never had a problem with them about shipping or related.
The prices are great as well, where I live the albums prices are very expensive, in Cokodive they are not.
Also, the support is amazing, I cannot explain how happy I was with the attention. They were very kind and the moment I sent my email, not even 10 minutes later, I got a reply.
I really recommend it if you wanna buy official and cheap albums!

I can’t seem to give 5 stars but I give COKODIVE 5 stars I’ve been an army for 6 years and buying from COKODIVE for 5 years. Not once have they let me down my packages always arrive swiftly, safely and we’ll packaged I’ve never had to shop anywhere else great company can be a little pricey. But apart from that I’m glad to have found COKODIVE when I had thank you 🫶🏻

The fml album usually cost like 30 smth but they are selling like $50, which is basically the same as sunrise records. There are some official merch that you can purchase tho.

I gave it a 5 star because cokodive gives free shipping and fast shipping as well and the photocards n stuffs are legit😭 i def reccomend cokodive if u cant find any kpop stores in ur area

Not working
Have been trying for the last few days to use the app, but won’t load and has a notification box come up saying there’s an update, but then I click and there’s no update… you guys to fix this app.. was working beautifully before all this.
