UX Experience Need Fixing
Loving the shop and since been a casual buyer ever since but the mobile app version is a bit overwhelming. I think categorising the items in a much more neater way and being able to filter out from men & women & maybe even filter unisex should be there as I had to keep scrolling over 50 items of women to get a mens short on my screen.

JUST AMAZING!
I really love how all the clothes are good quality. The sizes always come perfect to me I have had no problem with size. Ghe shipping does takes a little longer than others I have bought but it is definitely worth waiting.

Order my first time 2 jackets and 1 hoodie. Really happy with the material and the design. x100 time better than my expectation.

Most of their stuff is good in quality, some aren’t. However, what made me so mad that I placed an order on November 28th, 2025 with 4 items. They send them 3 separate times, fine! I’m waiting until January 07, 2026. They sent me an emil saying they didn’t have one of my items. I was like, if you could track with your warehouse and send email earlier, then I’ll be fine. It took them 42 days to realize that the item was out of stock. I ordered the jacket for the Christmas, but no after 6 weeks they don’t have it. Then, I told them I have been waiting this and that I need a refund . They didn’t respond to my email, no apologies, just refund. My jacket was $75 dollars, but they said because of thr $4 discount so they have to deduct the money, so they refund $73.49. What the hell you think you doing??? No apologies, no explanation, nothing. Make me waiting for 42 days.
