I like
Can you make more of these games. I loved the game honestly
Activation code would not work
Worthless
Frustrating
I was able to solve the case. The app scanned documents fine. That’s the good news. … When I restart the app, it plays the intro video again every time. It has very aggravating tips that pop up when you don’t want them. Any time something on the screen happens, like tips, you have to take the phone out of the headset again to deal with it, so I was constantly in and out with the phone and starting over. The phone didn’t want to read the map well, and I couldn’t see the map right because I couldn’t get binocular vision on it. The loading circle was off to the side somewhere. (I have amblyopia but can see real VR fine.) The app will also autoplay videos when you’re not wearing the headset! The headset is also uncomfortable.

App does not allow me to submit evidence
Frustrating to know the answer but not be able to submit evidence in the app. Developers need to update the game to show us how to submit information.
Code shouldn’t be activation-limited to avoid errors that prevent ppl from being able to use the app
The app barely functioned upon downloading and then only one person could view the CCTV videos because it said the code could no longer be activated for anyone else.
Technical difficulties
Software didn’t work. We had the answers but wouldn’t accept the evidence we tried to submit. We even went through all the hints to confirm we were right, and still didn’t work.
Could have been so much better
You could’ve done so much better with the virtual reality goggles.
One, my phone barely fits where it’s supposed to go. B y the time I get my phone in place, the screen I need is gone. I take my phone out and try again and hope the screen is still there. I am using a touchscreen, people, meaning even the goggles touching my screen is going to make an impact.
Two, I wear glasses and I still need them to be able to see what I’m supposed to be seeing when I have the goggles on. I’ve tried adjusting the straps but there is still no room for my glasses. There is one video I was able to play where you can see a license plate. I can’t tell you what those numbers are because I don’t have my glasses onz
Three, there were no instructions or anything on how the game works. These are important, especially for someone who’s never tried virtual reality goggles before. I mean, I understand you’re not Nest or Apple or whoever makes the most expensive goggles out there but still you need to help new users along. You should assume all users are new users!
Four, there needs to be an easier way to play each video without taking your phone out constantly to set up the next video. I’ve got to gotta take the goggles off then take my phone out to set up the next video. The I need to put it all back together in hopes I didn’t lose my screen when putting the phone back in the goggles … I think you see where I’m going with the goggles.
There has to be a better way to do this. Including a joystick that work with the goggles would help. The $5 goggles I purchased from Walmart included one! It was small, compact, and it did its job.
I gave this an A for being a pretty cool concept, but a big F for the execution of said concept.
To think I was excited to get this game just for this feature!!
