Too many ads!
Between the over-abundance of ads and the forced purchase plays…had to stop playing game. Otherwise, it was okay, at best.
It’s really fun and it’s like your being a spy all the people who reads this buy this game but the
But when you get in the house you have to buy to continue and to play the holl game
Being generous with this rating
This game was repetitive, boring and a mess. Within the first 10 minutes I encountered an error that required restarting the game 3 times before I could get it to resolve. It occurred in the upper room where one went from one screen to another to find items. Worked at first, but then the screens went black and forced a restart of the game. I tried everything but it took 3 restarts before it finally worked. If not for some originality in some HO scenes my review would have been lower than 3.

Unsolved Case: Killer Popularity
UPDATE: Oleg has released his first Christmas game, and supposedly, there’s going to be another one, from Domini. Truthfully, releasing more than one detracts from making it a special Christmas extravaganza. Today Elephant has released the first installment in a new series called Haunting Novel. Tomorrow, Friendly Fox will release Dark City: Amsterdam and this is a game you don’t want to miss! I have been treated to an advance preview, but I promise that I’m not going to spoil it. Let’s just say it’s a must-purchase immediately type of game! For those of you not familiar with this Friendly Fox series, it is crime-themed and is set during the late nineteenth to early twentieth century.
On to the game. When I saw that it was crime-themed, I was thrilled, as this is my favorite sub-genre. Well, unfortunately I was very disappointed. Because it was originally episodic, the game felt disjointed, and did not flow well. I found the game tedious to play. The graphics lacked visual acuity. The lack of touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface was appalling. At times I felt like an action was practically impossible to be completed, and I literally tapped so hard my hand hurts and I now have a pinched nerve in my neck. No game should be painful to play! The game was exceedingly lengthy, there were too many HO scenes, reusing the same locations, and the mini-games were very repetitive. Almost all of them were rotational in nature. The general gameplay was decent, save for the excessive tapping. There were some creative inventory tools to utilize, but after a while it was the same old stuff. I am tired of unscrewing panels, fixing electricity and wires, digging, fanning fumes, etc. We need more novel tasks.
If not for the painful tapping, I would have rated this adventure a little higher, especially since hunky Scott was present in the bonus adventure. I felt that this game was merely average, so my rating will remain at 3 stars.
I would like to wish all of you a very happy Thanksgiving!
