THE app for Apple Watch cold plungers!
Often times, it’s the simplest of apps that are the best and such is the case here! I don’t need a coach, tips, or anything else. I wanted an app for counting down my cold plunge time and buzzing me when it’s time to get out.
Best of all, the developer cares and is responsive. First it was something I was missing in the setup process (my fault). Then, I made a couple of feature suggestions and the developer implemented them in rather short order. It’s a shame this up hasn’t bubbled higher up the app list for people to find. People have no clue what they are missing.
