Freeze, freeze, freeze
I am so tired of having to close the app and relaunch every time I want to go back or change page.
And customer service does not reply. Most app have regular update. But not this one. Really frustrating

Not fit for purpose
I keep trying to be positive about this app and give it a chance as it has many great features but fundamentally I am frustrated every time I use it. Which is mainly when I want to book daycare or purchase packages for my dog. I don’t want to book a date and time when I bulk buy passes, I would like to buy the passes and use them when I am ready to. I also don’t then wish to wait for the purchase to be accepted before I can make further bookings - my day is so busy with my job I tend to sort out daycare in the evening and would like to do it all in one go. I have to book one day at a time which means if I am booking 5 - 10 days in one go all them have to be done individually rather than all in one go. The system my daycare provider used before they transferred over to this app was far better for the customer than this. Navigating around the app is also frustrating, there needs to be more ability to ‘go back’. I also can’t see how many passes I have available nor can I see what the cost is until I have got through to the payment section which is too late. There is a lot that needs sorting out on this app, it would cause me to go elsewhere if I had the choice.

Buggy
Nice idea and interface but the bookings functionality is very buggy. Only seems to work half the time.
Can’t make it work
The app is clumsy and not user friendly. No idea how to get my monthly invoice and yet payment is requested. How do I check the amount is correct?
A great concept. Big fan so far.
My dog’s daycare moved their booking and billing system to Collar. I downloaded the app as directed by them and I really love it. Booking is super easy as I can view availability at a glance. I think the messaging feature in the app is genius. It makes total sense to have it all in one place!
Great concept but quite a few app bugs
The daycare I use for my dog have moved over to this platform so I have started using this app.
First, the vet I use is not in the list when I search and does not allow an ‘other’ option for me to input details myself.
When trying to contact collar via the message function in app it is absolutely impossible. On the back of this I the tried to create a group, then when going to ‘manage users’ the app crashes and goes back to the app home page.
To add to this, I can only see three daycare dates at a time rather than what I have booked for the next few months, which is useless to me especially if I am travelling.
I’m really disappointed with this app and not looking forward to using it in future. It makes the whole process of booking daycare so much more complicated than simple.

Great for dog sitters

This app is amazing, especially with a new puppy means you can start off on the right paw. The products currently listed as well in the marketplace are great and sellers I had not heard of before, a must have for pet owners!

I downloaded Collar as requested by a friend whose dog I was looking after! It’s absolutely genius! It reminds me when I needed to feed Olly as well as when to give him his joints supplements! I don’t have a pet but I am definitely using this app when I finally convince my partner to get one!
Perfect for new puppies
I downloaded this app as I was intrigued by the ad running on social! I absolutely love it for my pup Teddy. I can have all his data in one place which I can share with my family easily! And the market place is so convenient! I would love to see more dog supplies brands in the future!

A must have for pet owners
I heard about this app from a fellow dog owner who has been using it for her 3 dogs. It is just a great idea and looks amazing! Very well designed.
I love how for once have all Poppy’s data in one place. I really love the chaperone feature. I share my dog’s details with my mum who looks after her on weekends and for once I don’t have to worry about a missing meal or access to Poppy’s details in case of an emergency.
The brands on there are pretty great too. It’s very convenient to have everything focused in one place. Highly recommended!

A bit confusing and force to add information
The app is a bit confusing, I would have preferred for the app to centre in the pets instead of this ‘dash’. Most annoying part was that it forces you to choose a brand for feeding my pets. I use one not on the list, so the whole gets stuck/block until I select one. What is I use multiple brands or products, or home cook my pets meals? … Not worth downloading until they actually test the app with users….

I love it! Just what I needed.
I hear about Collar from a friend of mine. And couldn’t believe how easy it was to set up Betsy on there. I know have all the details of my dog in one place and I can just share it with whom ever I want. It’s cool. Too bad the service providers are not yet activated. Can’t wait.
