Glitching
The app was great, but the last few months it has been glitching. I’ve been losing my coins, super cannon and other rewards as well as all of my levels. There have been multiple updates with no changes.
It has also been forcing me to watch ads and opening products in the web and and Amazon app. This has been very frustrating and caused me not to play often.

No longer enjoyable
I used to enjoy this game, however they changed it, so you now have to basically pay to play vs occasionally buying credits to pay. You already have to watch many ads . Very frustrating. New changes to screen also don’t allow you to see your credit. It’s a shame.

App gets stuck at the start
Since a recent update, I can’t get passed the free daily prize. When I click on the pouch to collect my prize, nothing happens. I then have to close the app and restart it, losing my free spin. And this happens every time.

Why has the cost of extra turns gone up from 200 to 2000. I will stop playing.

The older version of this game was much more enjoyable and fun to play. Unfortunately, with each update it feels like the game is becoming less enjoyable instead of improving.
Some of the biggest changes that have taken away from the experience are the points system, the hints, and the vibration feature. The previous version had a much better balance, and it felt more rewarding and satisfying to play. The new changes make the gameplay feel less engaging and, in some cases, more frustrating.
Please consider bringing back the original points system, restoring the old hints, and returning the vibration settings to how they used to be. Many players enjoyed the game because of those features, and they were a big part of what made it so addictive and entertaining.
Sometimes simpler is better. I really hope you can bring back the features from the older version or at least give players the option to choose between the classic and the new gameplay. I genuinely love this game and want it to be as fun as it used to be.

Lost points
I’m always losing points when I get up to like 30,000 then they disappear and they go back down to 3500. And when you click sometimes on the button to get two or double of whatever you just got it doesn’t work you only get one. Just not a really great game no consistency.
Allow fraudulent charges
I was charged over $300 in purchases that I did not do. No help from Apple or voodoo. Scam, rip offs, no customer service,
FAKE ADS/Ficticious QVC ADS
Do not click on any of their AD links. QVC HAS CONFIRMED the ADs this game promotes are fake and the developer refuses to stop using them.

I have played this game over three years, but lately the ads have become too much by droning on forever and then automatically taking you to Amazon! Ads are needed, but now they are overwhelming. Update: I have lost a lot of points to the glitchy Hobbies add on and it is irritating. Can not recommend this game until it’s cleaned up UPDATE: Glitches continue. Today took a lot of points and nothing. Too bad, a fun game but very frustrating to deal with sometimes.

I wasn’t looking for a match 3 game.
I wanted the game from the ads. I don’t want to clear 5 match 3 boards for every single board I actually want to play. When did these slimy marketing tactics become the norm?

Had fun for almost a year with this game
A ton of ads though. Lately the changed the coin structure and amounts. I hate it, after nearly a year of playing I’m deleting the game don’t bother with it.
