CollX is a great app to buy, sell, and upgrade your collection. My collection has gotten so so so much better since I got CollX the app lags and glitches every now and then but the community and friendly people are great! Find me at SSP SPORTS CARDS once you get this wonderful app.

My problem with the app is people post cards and here for sale and then ever get back on the app I have message about 15 ppl and only one has got back to me
Scan and cataloging function needs improvement
For an app that charges $10 p/month I expect the scan and cataloging function to work 9.5 out of 10 times. Unfortunately, I was experiencing 5 out of 10 cards to be unrecognized and logged incorrectly. Maybe in another year or two I will try again.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!
The most incompetent customer support I’ve ever had to deal with. I lost access to my account and for some reason over the period of nine days I messaged every day almost nonstop, trying to get them to understand what was going on, and they refused to even read my messages. The response was obviously an automated one suggesting that I use the account recovery option when I had told them over 20 times that I could not use that option. Most irritated I have ever been

Won’t add cards
Had to delete. After numerous attempts, it would not let me manually add any cards to my collection. Even when it found the card I searched for, pressing the add button did nothing. Very frustrating because this is supposed to be such a good and highly rated app.
Could be better
Only reason why it’s getting a 3 star instead of 5 is trying to look at your PC it’s a hassle COLLX needs to do better on how we go about checking our PC faster.
Great app, but glitchy scanner!
Overall, already a huge fan of this app after just one day of use. Excellent for cataloging your collection and connecting with other buyers/sellers. The marketplace is robust, and the credits you get from Pro are a great bonus.
I have one gripe with this app, and it’s the scanner. Even using Scan+, I get so many improperly recognized cards from newer sets. Older sets are almost always flawlessly recognized. I have the most trouble with 2026 Topps baseball. The app *always* tells me that a base 2026 Series 1 or 2 is a gold. Manually fixing my hundreds of cards has been a pain.
Otherwise, I’m seriously loving this app! Highly recommend, even with this headache!

Glitches and price
I look into the app and the prices are absurd for a bad player. One sticker (not good sticker) is like 20$ and the glitching is horrible I can’t even take a pic because of the glitching and I try to search up something on it and it delays by like 10 seconds. I recommend not to get this app.
The best there is
My absolute favorite place to purchase pokemon and cards. It is easy to communicate and create your own deals within other people’s listings, easy to keep track of your own inventory, and extremely fun and simple way to hunt for what I’m looking for. Any issues are always easily resolved and communicated and I am yet to have a single complaint in half a year of using the app. And the fees for sellers and buyers seem unmatched with other marketplace apps.

App can’t match a single card, thinks for almost whole minute before you have to manually search - for TCG cards.
