They banned and I did nothing wrong
I scanned cards I bought from cvs and my corner store next thing I know I’m banned for life no explanation no way to say I think you made a mistake I never talked to anyone rude or used foul language best part I have no way to contact these people and ask what I did so wrong

I’ve been buying and selling on here for 10 months. Sales do come through but it’s been a constant battle with bugs on the app, flakey buyers, sellers not shipping after purchase, and don’t let them upsell their priority support to get you to pay for a membership. Even with priority level, support takes forever to respond and then just copy and pastes a screenshot of their FAQ that didn’t even answer my question. Every.Single.Time. I can see this app being good if you want to just buy/sell a few cards. If you start selling more, I’d say there is way better platforms. Also, if you sign up for Collx Pro for $10/month, just select cancel membership and they’ll lower the price to $6.99 per month but you still get the $10 spending credit.
