The glp1 booster pills are an expensive laxative. That’s all. The coaching program? Unrealistic promises and unrealistic for my budget. Read the fine print before you sign up! This is alllll a subscription plan. They lock you in for auto shipments without making it clear to you. They’ll continuously try to upsell you, the coaches can also seemingly make up discounts as they go, so if by chance you want to give this company a shot, make them give you a deal at least.

Buyer, Be Aware.
I wanted to share my honest experience with ColonBroom. Unfortunately, the product didn’t work for me personally, though I recognize that everyone’s body is different and it may work well for others.
What really disappointed me was the billing experience. I believed I had cancelled my subscription with a call center representative over 60 days ago, but I was still billed again recently. I caught the charge within just a few hours and immediately reached out to request a refund. Despite the fact that I haven’t even received the new shipment, I was told I would still need to pay.
Customer service offered to refund part of the order only if I paid to ship the unopened products back—again, for items that haven’t even arrived yet. The whole process has been frustrating and feels unfair.
I hope ColonBroom takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle cancellations and refunds, because while the product itself may help some people, the billing and customer service experience left me disappointed.

No thank you
Ended up in multiple subscription plans and then has an app that crashes, doesn’t give you the option to change payment cards, and you have to reach out to support to cancel subscriptions. Definitely was excited to try this, and now it’s just a hassle.

I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or what. I’ve been using Colon Broom for a couple weeks now. Every single time, about a half hour to two hours after I drink it, I get horrible gas, bloating and belly pain. Help!!!

Glitchy app
The app continuously kicks me off. It never has created a meal plan. The whole concept is great but it needs to work. Product is great. Please fix the app. Have emailed and it is still unfixed. Sigh.
Crashes a lot
The app crashes at least once or twice as I am trying to log. Also, reminders don’t work. I have it toggled on but I never get a reminder.

App quit working and won’t verify login. Tried to contact with the send a ticket option and that doesn’t work either. Please fix it- was really finding the app to be a fantastic tool to accompany the product!

Deleted the app because I can’t use all its functions. The meal plan never loaded up!!

It was crashing and glitching. Now the app quit working and won’t let me in. I tried to send a ticket and it won’t let me do that either. I tried to create a new profile and it keeps closing out. Could be a good app. Bad bugs this week. Hoping all my progress was saved.

App is pointless
I’m trying to log everything like I’m suppose to so I can keep track of my day to day. Today was the first day I couldn’t log anything. The app wouldn’t let me in to check out my daily goals or add more. And on top of that, when I am able to log in, the app kicks me out every time I log something. It’s very annoying. And I’ve never been able to use the Meal Prep portion. It’s been loading for a week now. It says “this may take up to 5 min” and it’s still spinning. The product itself isn’t cheap. So even tho the app is free, we’re still paying for the service that goes with the app.

Won’t generate meal plan
Freezes/stuck on creating meal plan, doesn’t work.

App has the foundation to be very good, but it crashes to often and the meal plan never loads.

App Won’t Stay Open
I’m just a day in the app won’t stay open for more than 60 seconds or so. I’ve restarted my iPhone. I have a brand new phone and this doesn’t happen for any other app. I’m excited to use the app. How can this be fixed?
