We’re sorry you felt this way. Just to clarify, your photos and personal answers are not collected or stored on our servers. They stay on your device. Season Palette is more than a one-time color analysis. The subscription includes unlimited AI analysis, unlimited FitCheck AI to check whether clothing works with your color season, and other features designed to help you build and improve your personal style. We understand that a subscription isn’t for everyone, but we want to be clear that it’s not a way of collecting or selling your personal data. We’re also continuing to improve the experience and make the value clearer before asking users to subscribe to our service.

Hi, we’re sorry you experienced this issue. We just tested the color analysis feature and it appears to be working normally on our side. If you encountered an upload error, please contact us at support@seasonpalette.app with your device model and a screenshot of the error so we can help resolve it quickly. We absolutely do not charge users without providing access to the purchased features, and we’re happy to assist with any issue or refund-related concern.
