If you encountered an upload error, please contact us at support@seasonpalette.app with your device model and a screenshot of the error so we can help resolve it quickly. We absolutely do not charge users without providing access to the purchased features, and we’re happy to assist with any issue or refund-related concern.

Taking a picture is the first step in starting that analysis, but the results are displayed once a subscription is active. We also want to assure you about your privacy: images are processed on your device and are not saved on our servers or stored in the app after processing. This helps protect your personal information. We're committed to being transparent about our pricing, which helps us continue to improve the technology that powers the color analysis.
