Tried the color analysis three times with the same picture and got three different results. Tried to reach out to support but both emails were returned due to invalid recipient.
Asked for rating too soon
I had not used the app at all before it requested a rating and made it impossible to continue without rating it

In April, I purchased the lifetime free offer. However, the app does not recognize my lifetime free subscription and I am being billed $5.99 per week, with no way to stop these unauthorized payments. Can you fix this for me?

After i upload the photo i couldn’t see what my colour palette season was as you at to pay £22.99 to unlock it so you can see it i honestly think it a waste of money

Loved it!
Turns out I'm Dark Autumn, and it actually makes a lot of sense. Loved the color and lipsticks suggestions and would definitely try it out when I go to the store next. However, the makeup feature doesn't seem to be working for me? It kept saying that the "Image is not detected properly" for every one I used. Other than that though, I enjoyed the app!

Ok, I have downloaded this app. It’s free today only but you are asking for a review before I can even get to see the full app and complete the on-boarding. Also, the 5 stars are already filled in for me and you give me the options of pressing the bar to send the rating and a second one to respond that yes, I have rated it. I cannot go any further than that unless I rate it. I pressed the first option thinking it would take me to another window and I might be able to skip that step for now. No such luck. That’s just wrong. You can’t expect people to give you a 5 star rating before they can actually see the complete app or finish the onbiarding. That’s why you have a 1 star ranking right now.

All I had to do was upload my photo and it gave the best colors for me. Super easy to use and gave accurate results. Would recommend it to everyone!

You have to pay $40 for a year subscription to access any results, and it doesn’t tell you that until you upload your photos and go through the steps. And $40 is with a discount, it’s usually $6

Does not get past the scanning of your picture. It just keeps scanning it. I have an iPhone 16 plus. So it shouldn’t be having any trouble. I tried it 3 times. Deleted the app.

I tried the app out of curiosity using photos taken from the same angle under different natural lighting conditions at various times of the day. Each time, the results were different-even my skin tone changed, not just my seasonal color. A shade that didn’t suit me in one photo was my ✨ideal✨ color in another.
I also tested it with photos from when I had a different hair color (all taken in natural light), and the app even suggested a different skin tone for me. In the end, you can’t try anything before purchasing because they don’t let you probably because the app is just that bad
