App is to basic
It does not have enough functions. I really enjoyed the feature on the old app that had reminders and templates for follow up after orders. This new app does not offer any advantage to opening website. I don’t even waste my time opening it. It has no useful information
Why did it change?
I liked the old app better. This one is hard to navigate and doesn’t do nearly as much as the old version. Should not have changed it until all the kinks were worked out.
Loving It!
I absolutely love the new app. My favorite part is the MySite portion and the ability to upload content, create playlists and most importantly create trackable links! There are things that need to be fixed but as with any new app that is to be expected. IMO this is going to be so good for business building, I mean one link I created has been clicked on 38 times and other links have been clicked on too. Thank you for creating it and can’t wait to see its full potential!

Pointless
As a stylist, I went ahead and downloaded the app thinking it was gonna be something helpful. It’s just one more thing to take up memory on my phone. The app says it’s a way to manage direct sales. I can see my sales through the VO. This app does not even contain any of our social information, or half the stuff the OV does. I also downloaded because it was suggested in the newsletter so I thought it would a benefit. Unless the VO is going away this app does not do anything that the VO doesn’t. In fact out of all my contacts in VO, this app only has ONE of my contacts. Deleting it until it is helpful.
