Love it!!! Please mor oil brands for a pallet!
I’m absolutely in love with this app. It’s such a valuable and inspiring tool for artists, whether they’re just starting out or already working professionally.
I would love to know if you’re planning to expand the oil paint palette in the future and include brands such as Old Holland, Williamsburg, Michael Harding, Rembrandt, Charvin, and Rublev. That would make an already wonderful app even more useful for painters.

But this app has seriously improved my painting. Only
note ( and I don’t think this is the apps fault ) is that although it has a vast library of paint colors ( I work in oil ) , some are not there. This is to be expected, I assume there is just such a vast variety of color out there that it’s impossible to capture everything (looking at you turquoise cobolt). Easy solution is to find the closest color to that in which is missing. Would be cool if you can add color to the library yourself, maybe this already is a feature that I have not discovered yet.
This app fills that gap I have that would have most likely been filled with years of formal training. Also the yearly subscription fee of $25 is kind of a steal, if you’re using as I do. Really great, one of the few instances an ad got me and I was impressed.

I love but add more paint brands
The app is so so great, the only thing i wish is that there were more paint brands and colours on the pallette part, it makes it difficult to use the mixing feature

I cannot tell you how fantastic this program is if you’re an artist, I don’t care if you got years behind you or you’re an expert on color this program is absolutely fantastic for helping it to isolate and ascertain exactly what a mix in a color is not to mention the other valuable valuable parts of the app color temperature no tan and my favorite posterized. I don’t know who wrote this program. I love you forever. I would pay you for this program. I’d love to make a donation.

Thanks so much for creating such a wonderful tool for artists. I struggled to use photoshop to discover some of the same info, but this is so easy and gives me everything needed to make art that satisfies my vision. I’m not crazy about subscriptions, but I understand you have development and maintenance costs, and you have a very fairly priced annual plan. Good luck!!

It’s Unfortunate
This has the potential to be really useful, however a new user can’t get past the first screen before everything you click on takes you to the purchase screen extremely annoying. Let us try it and appreciate its usefulness. I don’t want to sign up for a free trial let me try even some basic things before we commit to buying it.

Ich programmiere selber kleine Apps und male Nebenberuflich mit Öl-Farbe.
Ich dachte mir bei jedem Schritt einfach nur Wow genau das hat die App noch gebraucht.
Einfach, intuitiv super erklärt eine Auswahl aus allen Farben. Eigene Paletten die man erstellen kann da ich hauptsächlich mit Zorn Palette male.
Ich kann hier nur 5 Sterne vergeben und sagen, dass ich direkt das Jahres Abo abgeschlossen habe!!!

Very intuitive. Makes it easy to “see the forest for the trees”. Still squinting? Use Color study instead. Designed by someone who knows what artists need and understands how to make it work. Block-in, tonal study, notan and more. Understand what you’re looking at… finally!

Love this app. I’ve been looking for something like this for ages. I teach art online for beginner and intermediate artists. While I like to choose my own colours, this app speeds the process up for me which means I can get on and create and film my tutorials.
