Ease of use
Using this app is awesome thank you!
By taking the guess work out I am able to get right to work while saving on expensive paints.

I would like to see continued improvements on new paints that are offered by paint manufacturers. In addition an updated and complete list of existing products would also benefit new clients as I am who have a stockpile of paints in the bag.
Great work and highly recommend the purchase.

Limited paint range
I’ve got Talens Rembrandt series 3 oils. It loos like the app only supports an older series as most of my colours aren’t available.

Response from developer
We have many paint lines, and we occasionally update the older ones. Currently, we’re focusing on developing new sets.
Unusable Interface
Unfortunately, the interface is inadequate for a mobile app. It doesn’t follow best practises for a mobile app UI and ultimately it’s unusable.

Could you please send us an email and let us know why do you find the app unusable? Many people use it without any problem. Thank you!
Cancelling through Apple
I just paid for a 3 month subscription but unfortunately I can’t use it because there are No watercolor libraries. I cancelled through Apple but I’m still charged for the 3 months. Please help!

Response from developer
You have 7 days of free use of the app and you can cancel your subscription easily. We don’t have access to your personal info. Subscriptions are handled directly by Apple. Please note also that you have the full list of brands and paint line on the store and it’s clearly stated that only opaque paint is included!
