После обновления приложение сильно тормозит и не всегда сохраняет запись, до обновления все работало отлично

Lost all my data
I had important notes I stored and phoof all gone every single one of my sections gone, I found in settings it has a back up file thank goodness I was able to retrieve

Horrible update
I've been using the app for years and after it updated about 20 days ago, I can't use it anymore. The notes erase by themselves. Important things that leave there are disappearing and I don't know why. Can someone help me?

Not working
The app is no longer working for whatever reason. It’s frozen, Please fix. It’s stopping me from working on on my social media platforms. It’s usually very reliable, but since the latest update it has stopped working.

Зависает приложение сразу как открываешь. Ios26.6 приложение обновлено, и все равно зависает.

Recent update
The app was great until the recent update. Since then, I’ve been unable to open it properly and access my notes. Please fix this issue — stability and access to existing notes should be a priority. I’ve been using ColourNote for years and hope this gets resolved soon.
App still not working after another update…
Every time Ive tried to contact support for these issues it brings me to a 404 page not found. I’ve even tried deleting the app and redownloading it. Not only did I lose all of my notes because of this, but it’s still not working.
Ever since the last update the app will open up but not register when I’m trying to open a note or make a new note making it completely useless. I’m hoping this gets fixed soon.

Newest “Update” Froze App
I have had this app for many years. Never had any issues until about three days ago after the most recent update. Now the app is frozen. I cannot open my file, which includes one I keep all of my passwords for everything on. Would be great. If I could undo this most recent as it has ruined this app for me.
