Colorfy: Great App, Extremely Frustrating Support
I have used Colorfy for years and have spent a significant amount of money on this app because I genuinely enjoy coloring and creating my own artwork. Unfortunately, my experience with Colorfy’s account support has become extremely frustrating.
Approximately 10 months ago, I lost access to my previous Colorfy account after it was banned. I have repeatedly contacted support because I want my old account connected to my current account so I can regain access to the artwork I created over the years. I have provided information about the old account and have repeatedly explained exactly what I am trying to accomplish.
Despite numerous support requests over the past 10 months, the issue remains unresolved.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that the support responses frequently do not address the problem I actually reported. I have received responses about things such as deleting artwork to improve app performance and questions regarding in-game rewards, even though neither of those things was the issue I contacted support about.
I am also currently unable to leave comments on other people’s artwork or comment on my own published artwork. I have reported this as well, but it has not been resolved.
Tonight I submitted another detailed request through Colorfy’s support system. I specifically explained that previous responses had been incorrect and asked that the ticket not be closed until the actual issues were resolved.
Within minutes, I received another response stating that Colorfy’s system could not detect my Account ID and telling me to submit the request through the in-game support option.
The problem?
That is exactly how I had submitted the request.
So I am essentially being sent in a circle: use in-game support → support says it cannot detect my account → tells me to use in-game support → ticket closes.
There is also a serious problem with tickets being closed before I have an opportunity to explain that the proposed “resolution” did not resolve anything. Once the ticket is closed, I cannot simply continue the conversation and correct the misunderstanding.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I want someone to actually investigate my account, determine what happened to my previous account and artwork, determine why my current account cannot use commenting features, and provide a specific explanation and solution.
I still enjoy Colorfy itself, which is why I have continued using it and paying for it. But an app can have great artwork and features and still have a terrible customer experience when users cannot get meaningful help with account problems.
Ten months is far too long to spend trying to recover an account and artwork, especially when the support system repeatedly provides unrelated answers and closes the requests.
I sincerely hope Colorfy/Wildlife Studios improves its customer support and provides a way for complicated account issues to reach an actual person who can investigate them.
I don’t want another FAQ article or automated troubleshooting response. I want someone to actually look at my account and fix the problem.

I didn’t even get to color before I was hit with a bunch of ads , delete!
You cannot comment on the graphics; the customer service is very bad and they do not respond to you.
