I love this drawing app and it’s so amazing
Bad Access Token
I keep getting a bad access token message and keep being prompted to sign into this app. I’ve been using it since it was first introduced and do not understand what’s going on. Please fix this issue.
Subscription Lost
Beware, I got a new phone. I went from an android to an ios phone. Had trouble transfering my paid subscription to the ios. I paid for a year which is set to expire in late December, which is 4 and a half months from now. After contacting support I was informed that the subscrition I paid for will not transfer. I would have to purchase another one. So what happens to the money I paid. I guess I forfiet it. No offer of credit back. Just a matter of fact response of too bad. Purchase it again. Very disapointed. Recolor really screwed me on this. I am locked out of colors and pictures that I paid access to. I will not purchase again. I have used this app for a long time. I have thousands of likes on my work and very many followers. I am very sad to let it go.
