Can’t log in
I love this app so much I used it around 2023 and want to use it again but I can’t log in at all and I’ve tried multiple ways. Please come back to the app!!!

They are currently trying to restore the app as it’s having a technical issue that isn’t resolving easily… I LOVE this app so much this makes me so sad as I love this app so much and felt like I could finally start to connect with an audience I have wanted to reach for a long time after I lost the opportunity to do some modelling and so on in So-Ko due to the lockdowns I’m now so sad this app is down but as I’m going through a re-glow up after much bad health I hope me and the app will be ready together soon!!!

Doesn’t work at all
Login fails no matter what account used

tried Google, Apple, none of those login works. Usually other app have option to create a new, but this one don’t, so keeping people out because of this stupid error

I had this for 6 months and had no issues whatsoever but then out of nowhere it logged me out and now it won’t let me log back in it says social login failed I’ve tried so many times then left it for 1yr forgot I had the app when to see if it maybe coz it need update no update needed and I still can’t login what is wrong there is no way I get fix this I didn’t logout or change my password it won’t let me login in and there is no helpline at all for English users only for Korean it’s so frustrating

Not sure what happened. Just like others, I can’t seem to login even though I have a pre-existing accounts. I use my Apple ID to login and it constantly tells me to sign up again. I absolutely love this app, I just wished they actually fix the bugs
What happened?
I used to love this app soo much, it had such a great community that would give tips on maximizing your looks. I gained a lot of confidence and advice from this lovely community. However, recently I tried coming back to it after a few years, to meet the disappointing reality of this app. It’s abandoned, you can’t log in and neither can anyone in the reviews. The app hasn’t been updated in a full year, I really hope the developers can come back.

Was Great While It Lasted
When I first found out about this app, it was a great tool to find out my color analysis and what K-beauty products suited me. I loved the active community showcasing which products would suit which seasonal color. However the app has not been updated in almost a year, trying to contact customer support leads to a defunct website, and I can no longer log in no matter which method I use ☹️ Please bring this app back, even if you have to resort to subscription model!

Enjoyed this app in the past but now I can't log in using any option and the only help option is fully in Korean.

I had try multiple times but it always pops up an error tab
