No rent- yay! No color picker- boo!
This is a fairly basic app. It changes a photo to a choice of 3 different black-and-white line drawings or one color. The color version seems to allow initial changes only by changing the foreground and background in some pre-determined way. There are three simple tools for coloring, with a choice of thickness and fill. Instead of a color picker, it has pre-set color families for 99¢ each or $2 for the lot. I got that’s how the developer chose to monetize this, which is much, much better than charging weekly, monthly, or annual rent. They deserve kudos for that and would be a 5-star app if they had a color chooser and eraser. I’ll probably only use it for the initial bit of choosing the drawing type.

would be a 5 star, but too many bugs right now
on the positive this app is really good for making an outline photo and I like how it senses the photos better than recolor. Unfortunately I run into the app freezing and not exporting sometimes, so you have to do a bunch of work around a, if they fixed these bugs I would give it a 5. It looks like they haven’t updated it for awhile, maybe that’s why. so yeah it’s cool until the bugs hit then it can be frustrating, but great technology!

App Crash
I was working on this one project through this app and right as I am laying the finishing touches on my portrait the app crashes. 30 mins... gone... down the drain. This is so upsetting and seriously needs to be fixed. I don’t ever ever ever write a review for an app but when there is a flaw this bad something needs to be said. PLSSSS hear this out and do something about it. This app has such great potential but it’s a little glitch and it is prone to CRASHING

This app is just what I was looking for reasonable price for all the colors just for $1.99 instead of paying a week $10 for colorfly
