Terrible app
Probably one of the worst iPad apps I’ve encountered. Will only launch to windowed mode. After any color selection I make, all other buttons quit responding and I have to quit the app and reopen it to continue

Unable to Tap to Add Color
This app simply does. Not. Work. It preselected 3 Pottery Barn Colors, which I could delete, but I could not tap to add the colors I wanted to visualize. Deleting.

I find that this app freezes up numerous times and is lacking in clarity of instruction
Not great not user friendly
The one thing to get right is the colors. When you select your color and then paint the room with it, it’s a completely different color. You can’t select swatches from the pallets, you have to search for it. Every time you want to try a new color by adding it, you have to load the photo again and select terms and conditions again. It’s a pain. Needs a re-write

This app is very difficult to upload photos and see sample colors.
Frustrated
I’m doing everything I can but still not seeing pictures of my house with my selected color(s)… very frustrating
Freezes
For some reason the app freezes and I’m unable to move to the appropriate screen, as in picking a color or trying to change picture to “paint”. I have to close it out every time. It’sMyI run the current version of iOS and always update when available.

Ironically the color tone that is applied to an image does not match the color swatch in the paint selection tool!
Good but needs work
This tool is an amazing idea but the app needs a lot of work. It lags, the image color pick tool better be used as soon as you open app rather than later or the app will completely freeze and you’ll have to start over, and some of the tools are too difficult to use productively.

Find the app very hard to navigate. Put in colour number from Sherman Williams colour guide for Super Deck and the app said it got a good number can’t locate colour.
Back to the paint store
Impossible to figure out how to match colors. I’m going back to the store.
Not very helpful
I love Sherwin Williams but this app is not helpful as it will not let me go back to the chart of all the colors if I have changed my mind send want to select again. It only shows me the same 3 or 4 colors. I can’t add a room. Too many glitches to use effectively.
Hard to use
30 seconds into using this App and I couldn’t load my own photos anymore. I don’t think Sherwin-Williams wants you to use an App to find your colours they would prefer it if you spend loads of money trying out different paints. Try using the website for Berh paints because it’s 100% better than this.
