Staff is very conscientious with Allergies.
Placed a take out order and staff called me back to explain my food choices with regards to my food allergies. Made me feel safe and secure as always when eating at Coltons restaurant in Morrilton.

Interface was aesthetic, simple and to the point. It was very easy to choose my menu items, submit my order, and pay. While I gave it 5 stars, I would suggest offering options for “Adding Toppings” rather than just options to remove them.
Good but have been better.
The past three or four times my the baked potato I ask for tastes like it is day old and not fresh. I would think that as much as we pay for a steak dinner the least they can do is serve fresh ingredients. I’m a little disappointed.
Not a good day
I ordered the steak tips dinner and my loaded baked potato was extra small and cold, and the loaded items were cold and in a separate small plastic container, for me to assemble it myself. I have never had that experience and I was disappointed.
Give a little
I wouldn’t write a bad review had I not already brought this basically same situation up to the store. Chicken Nachos to go. The first time there were no toppings. This time toppings in separate container about 5 very small springs of lettuce, about 5 finely diced tomatoe, approx 20 jalapeño and half the container was full of sour cream. Staff at the waitress desk
Most of the time the people who do the seating they look like they don’t care if are there or not. Most of them have frowns on their faces won’t speak to the customers.I give them a2 review chart . We are repeat customers they just not friendly.
Today
When asked if wanted peanuts, then gave us about 10 nuts. Our rolls were delivered at the same time as our entrees. His burger was in pieces rather than one single patty. We ordered bread pudding to go and it was sent with ice cream which we didn’t ask for but was charged extra for. A very disappointing lunch!!

12/16/23 order
Sat in car for 10 minutes before order was brought out. Got home to COLD steak, not cool, COLD. Asked for RARE, not even ANY pink showing. Tough to chew. Ordered Caesar salad was not in bag. As this was not my first bad experience, I doubt I ever order from there again and that’s sad because the restaurant is so close to my house. Sweet potato was excellent, however.

Supposedly, there’s a part of the App Store allow you to get rewards I can’t find the rewards.

Not impressed.
First time ordering or even eating at Colton’s. I used the online app and they didn’t give me my 4.00 dollar soda and messed up my order. Don’t recommend Collinsville IL restaurant. Two thumbs down.
