Time to find a new bank
Columbia’s systems are so broken. I try to login and, after entering my login and pw my only option to get a secure login code is for the automated system to call me but it is unable to “heat” me hitting 1 so I can’t get into my damned account. There is no way to move money - no transfer, no Zelle so I have to write myself a check just to access my own money. I’m over this!

Poorly designed
Columbia on-line banking app is poorly done- it has poor logic, and even poorer instructions. The "help' is no help. Beyond the most basic questions, you will need to go to the branch to get your questions answered. This is what can happen when the very computer literate design an app without due consideration given to the majority of their customers. It is not intuitive for users, when compared to on-line apps of major banks.

Each and every time I go to log in I have to change my password. And the deposit feature NEVER works. Worst app.

Columbia Bank has been great for my business accounts. The app is simple to use, deposits clear quickly, and customer service has always been responsive and helpful. I appreciate how easy it is to manage my business finances on the go. Highly recommended for small business owners!
Makes me want to switch banks
Constantly thrown out of the app to the log in page. It gets to the point where you have no idea what checks were deposited and what ones weren’t cause it just bounces you mid transaction.

Password changes🤬
I have several banking apps. This is the only app which demand password changes. It's very annoying! Why not simply add 2FA or a passkey option instead. Or just let the passwords stand. Like Chase, Capital One, Bank of America and Citibank.

All features and functionality are present but nothing stands out in particular. Solid 4-star app.
