Great clothing but don’t expect it to ship until you forgot you even ordered
I have multiple items from CMBT and love the feel and fit. I always have problems finding shirts that fit but here it’s a perfect fit. Now the negative. I may just be spoiled by Amazon but don’t expect any fast shipping. I’ve waited 2+ weeks at times to get my orders. Sometimes I even forget I even made the order. That being said, just plan ahead and don’t expect anyone to be in a hurry to get you the order.

Worst SHIPPING EVER!!!!
I ordered 2 shirts cause I love the product the shirts and all the gear is beyond amazing!!! But then I kept checking the tracking and nothing was coming up contacted them and 2 days later a label was made now all tracking says is “label made”!!! Yeah great product maybe I’ll get it sometime before Christmas who knows? In today’s world shipping should be easy yet this company has completely let me a fellow Vet down tremendously. Sad really just disappointed!

Spent the better part of an hour looking for items I wanted, adding several items to the cart. Once I was done I went to the cart, deleted one item and it cleared the ENTIRE cart! #frustration #deleted

Let me say this: I love their stuff. I order from them regardless of the status of the app. Let that be known.
When I first found them, it was for a 20% off the first order via the app advertisement. I downloaded it, signed up, got the activation e-mail, etc. I can’t log in via the app.
I go to reset my password. The app says there is no user with my email address, even though I’m logged in and accruing rewards via the website.
Still buy from this company, guys. Browse their selection via the app— it’s all there. I just don’t know why I can’t log in.

Does not recognize my account
Very poor app. Does not recognize my account so I have to use on web browser and can’t use 20% off app purchases.
Brand is great, shirts awesome, app UNUSABLE!
I recently downloaded the app, but unfortunately forgot my password. I had to reset my password via link in app. The reset link comes via email which opens Shopify to reset your password. The problem is, once you enter your email it will only a send a code!! Which only functions through Shopify, not the actual App!! Therefore app is functionally dead. I can’t login!
I can login with the code via the mobile website but the app is invisible to this entire process and needs an email and password.

Great brand, frustrating app and shipping.
The Combat Iron Apparel app needs serious improvement. The app does not operate smoothly, and logging in with an existing account from the website doesn’t work properly. Third-party payment services also fail, which makes checkout unnecessarily frustrating.
Shipping is another major issue. I received an email saying my order had shipped almost two weeks after placing it, but three days later the tracking number still shows the item hasn’t left the warehouse. That’s misleading and unacceptable for an apparel brand at this price point.
I like the brand, but between the broken app functionality and poor shipping communication, the overall experience needs a lot of work.

Dude, I never really reviews for something unless I honestly really love it. So, here’s my story. Last winter I purchased 2 shirts off of Amazon. Some how this summer I discovered Combat Iron’s website maybe via a YouTube video or something, I honestly don’t know. When going through the website I saw the 2 shirts I got off Amazon that I had been wearing all the time 🤣.. my mind was blown & I found a ton of more dope gear! I’m about to make my 3rd purchase from them and I am a very picky clothing / style kind of guy. ***Their gear is super rad, fits well, comfortable & stylish***. My only complaint is combat iron being out of stock of a few items I would like to buy; that just shows they are in demand! Well done fellas. The phone app is great! The notification button is clutch; anxiously waiting for those few items that are out stock currently 🤣. Send it!

Fix your app
App won’t even let me log in. Tried my regular online login & creating a new account, neither worked. And there’s no ‘help’ menu or contact listed, so I resort to this.
App/website needs updating
I wasn’t able to add my information for a military discount it just kept timing out. I never received a discount code for signing up/downloading the app either. Lots of things I clicked on would not load/ “error occurred” on the app. Definitely needs some attention/updating especially advertising that you give military discount but no ability for anyone to actually receive that discount. I still ordered from you guys but it isn’t a good look.
