Extremely Disappointed
I placed an order 1/1/26. As part of the order one item was estimated to ship in 11-20 days. Every time I check my order status the estimated ship date is extended. It has now been over 9 months. Optics planet has been extremely difficult to get ahold of and has completely ignored many attempts to contact them. The one time I spoke to someone they told me me I was first in line and it was expected to be shipped in a month. I did not even get an apology for the delay. Another month went by and the shipping date was again delayed. The item in question can be purchased in stock at many other retailers but I was hoping they would make it right. Today my order status showed an estimated ship date of 1/11/27. Completely unreasonable.
