Extremely Disappointed
I placed an order 1/1/26. As part of the order one item was estimated to ship in 11-20 days. Every time I check my order status the estimated ship date is extended. It has now been over 9 months. Optics planet has been extremely difficult to get ahold of and has completely ignored many attempts to contact them. The one time I spoke to someone they told me me I was first in line and it was expected to be shipped in a month. I did not even get an apology for the delay. Another month went by and the shipping date was again delayed. The item in question can be purchased in stock at many other retailers but I was hoping they would make it right. Today my order status showed an estimated ship date of 1/11/27. Completely unreasonable.

Have ordered a few scopes and dots on OpticsPlanet, have never had an issue and they always have good discount codes and sales floating around. They give you a good rough estimate of when your stuff will ship so you know if you’re gunna wait a bit or get it soon. 5 gold stars

Why op need “Privet access “ to my photo library?
Can’t turn it off or select no or none for photo access. Just stuck on private access. Unable to find anything in the privacy policy that explains why they have private access to my personal photos that has nothing to do with the app. Waiting for an explanation from app developers…..
