People Aren’t Using It

Two co-workers (that I know of) have been COVID positive & yet I have received NO notices/warnings. Unless EVERYONE uses it, it’s useless. There IS general info on the app that “may” be helpful, but I haven’t used them this far. It’s great idea, but I don’t think the word got out.

Fail

This seemed like a great idea since the FL doesn’t have this type of app like many other States do. However, it won’t accept my cell phone number for the “one time code”. I’m guessing because my area code is not 561. I’m a permanent resident of PBC; I should have access.

App is broken

Will not accept any mobile number. Error states -invalid phone number.

Useless

What good is it if it tells me my cell number of over 20 years is an invalid mobile number.
Funny how everyone calls me on this number.

Seems to work but who knows

Seems to work ok. I don’t keep my phone unlocked all the time in case it is stolen so I assume if I bring it out of sleep it sends my location; I hope anyway.

The is a minor issue that if you tap on the running app window it shoots the screen brightness to full but this is a minor issue.

Thanks PBC for the app.

If an exposure is detected, you will receive a push notification recommending immediate testing.

How does the app protect my privacy?

This app is designed with user privacy as a top priority. It never uses GPS or location notifications, and it does not require or collect any names, email addresses, locations, or personally identifying information. Your phone number is encrypted and never shared, and all proximity data is stored only on your device.
