The fees this company incurs is a complete joke and customer service is a joke!! They essentially are trying to mold the business to their benefit all while trying to convince u that ur an idiot! App won’t allow sign in
Just reset password, won’t allow me to sign in. Keeps going to same sign in screen each time I enter my login info.
Saved Search Function is absolutely broken
Saved search function has been broken for months. 95% of the time it freezes when you click on a search in your list. It’s borderline useless and thus so is the app. I can’t comprehend how this company is unable to figure out how to make an app with a decent UI. Please fix ASAP
Needs Improvement
Doesn’t have the functionality of the full website. The search feature is broken within the app. Does not work correctly.
DON’T Monitor This Situation
Why does this app suck so bad? You literally can’t do anything outside of add funds and buy cards that you don’t ever actually get in your possession. The Marketplace model would be fine if it ever actually worked. It’s like a class of elementary school students wrote the code and designed this app.

App Decent, Company Bad
The app actually works. It’s the company that’s dysfunctional.
Error
Use to use this app a lot to purchase cards, but now, even after redownloading the app all I get is an error message that says ‘error when loading dashboard’. I think they are going under.
Lags constantly
Over I’m very disappointed in the app. It lags constantly it’s very slow. It always crashes.
Fix this app and would be good
Wow this app needs help, sick of watching the little wheel spin anytime I search for a card.
Glitchy
The app is always glitchy, kicking me out more frequently, not loading, getting the spinning ball of death even on wi-fi or cell.
Needs Improvement
I can’t add funds to my account from the app. It asks me to login, but I can’t login, even though I’m logged in. If I want to arrange my shipment or cash out, I have to use the website. If I’m looking at a selection of a specific card, I can’t flip all of the photos over at once to see the backs unless I’m on the website. This option doesn’t exist for the app. I’d rate the current version of the app a 2.5.

So slow
Literally the slowest app on my phone. Takes 15-20 seconds for anything to load. Also lots of features aren’t available on the app that are available on the website
App is horrible
As someone who both buys and sells a lot on this platform, it’s really frustrating how terrible the uptime and performance of this app is as it costs all sellers money when they can’t sell. C’mon COMC, do better!
Unable to log in
I haven’t been in the app for a while, so I had to change my password. Logged in with my new password and app refreshes and goes back to the log in screen. I changed my password 3 times with the same result.
Doesnt load
used to work fine now its just buffers and takes 5 mins to open the app its beyond frustrating

It’s slow, wonky and barely functional. Don’t even bother. Just use their website.
