I booked my taxi a couple of days in advance. Received confirmation and estimated cost.
Messages telling me my taxi was on its way and what to look for. As a lady travelling alone that was incredibly useful.

I do love the app, ask for a taxi and one is found quite quickly.
What a poor app
It is not user friendly. Not only is the interface mediocre but ComCab-Aberdeen recorded 11:59 pm when the app -as per my request- showed 04:55 pm. Hope this does not happen to you at 04:00 in the morning aiming for the airport. Good luck.

When app launches, it prompts me to update. So I accept and it takes me to the App Store. But I have the most recent version. So round and round I go… the app is now useless.
Excellent Service
Paul picked us up at Aberdeen Airport - our flight arrived early and it was clear that flight tracking was checked as we didn’t have to wait until the previously agreed pickup time. Very efficient driver who was courteous and helpful

Good app
The app is good, reliable (so far) in booking taxis and them turning up on time. Only issue is when you go to rate your driver the app just crashes. Done it for two different drivers so I know it’s issue with app. But so far so good.

I use this taxi form on a weekly basis and they are continuously excellent - the App and using it to book taxis are excellent, the drivers are friendly, and the cars top of the range. I can’t recommend their use more highly

We arrived in Aberdeen for the very first time by train. I downloaded your app, and within 8 minutes, a taxi with an excellent driver arrived. He put our bags in the back of his car and took us to our destination.
