Facial Recognition
After the update a few weeks ago my facial recognition doesn’t work until after I enter my password. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It did not help. Are y’all currently working on this malfunction? I love having access to my information and I like having the app. I hope y’all are addressing this issue.

App does not work on apple products
App does not work on apple products or tables or MacBooks. I have all three with 2 different service providers and the app does NOT let you finish registration. You hit the complete or confirm button and nothing happens.
Contacted them and I got told it was my service provider. Highly unlikely since I have 2 service providers.
How about update and streamline the app so it works with apple products.

Not working.
The app asks for a lot of information upfront and then does not even react on a confirm & apply button. Waist of time

It doesn’t do anything that it promises. Just useless waste of time.
Won’t work
Anyone else have issues even getting started? I keep putting my information in get to confirm, push the button & nothing from there. Can’t even get in the app. Is there another that works better?

Well we were told to start using this card!!!but since I started using it!!! Nothing but problems!!! Limited transactions and fees!! Than when you talk to representatives they can barely speak English!!!! I have given it a lot of chances but this card is nothing but problems!! It will be your worst headache with this card!!!!

Why do I have to get a card before I can use the app? I already have one.
Outdated
Needs an update. Comdata keeps pushing this app yet you can’t even finish your request. Can’t get past the section where you enter your information. I had to call to get format of what showing was incorrect.
Can not setup account due to date of birth not registering?
I will update this review once the problem is resolved, but I am in the second step of setting up a card - entering my birthday in format mm/dd/yyyy & it’s saying you must be at least 18 years of age (I definitely am).

Can’t enter a birthdate in iOS yet. This was supposed to be fixed already.
Can not sign up,
Is there a number for customer support I have receive two emails stating they would call but I have not been able to contact anyone. We can not sign up for the card
Didn’t work
I tried and tried to submit after inputting all my info but it doesn’t finalize the registration process. I select “no manager” and it’s still asking for manager info. Waste of an hour, back to paper Comcheks ✌️
Junk
App is junk, fill everything out and hit confirm doesn’t do anything. Customer service is also a joke call them to get setup and they just tell you to use the app. If you can’t make the crap work or at least help people out how do you expect to stay in business? EFS is so much better.
Waste of time
This app is a complete waste of time. It does not matter what user name you pick when signing up it says it is already taken. Real disappointment...
Problems submitting setup info
Can not submit setup info, tried multiple times. At the last tab where to press confirm and apply nothing happens.

Tried to register on phone & iPad. Get through manually entering all of my info and the confirm & register button does nothing!!!! All fields were satisfied. Frustrating wast of time!
