Facial Recognition

After the update a few weeks ago my facial recognition doesn’t work until after I enter my password. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It did not help. Are y’all currently working on this malfunction? I love having access to my information and I like having the app. I hope y’all are addressing this issue.

App does not work on apple products

App does not work on apple products or tables or MacBooks. I have all three with 2 different service providers and the app does NOT let you finish registration. You hit the complete or confirm button and nothing happens.

Contacted them and I got told it was my service provider. Highly unlikely since I have 2 service providers.

How about update and streamline the app so it works with apple products.
