The app it good only when it works. I can’t believe a good company like Comerica can’t invest a little time and effort to fixing their IPad app and keep it working correctly.
App crashes every time after launch
Something has to be done to fix the issue of this app. It is totally useless as of now.
Crashes
As of the time of writing (early July 2020) this app crashes so frequently it is unusable. Every time i open it it will crash instantly and not allow me to sign in or use the app in any way. When it does work on the rare occasion, it has most of the key functionality that i use daily but could benefit greatly from a UI do-over and the addition of basic budgeting/financial management functions.

App is good when it works. Unfortunately, I after to keep deleting it and reinstalling it. I hope they fix it soon.
Doesn't work. At all.
Upon launching it immediately closes. My iPad is on 10.3; it says the minimum is 9.0.
Need to update for Face ID
Face ID does not work if enabled it force closes on next launch and there after.
No Face ID
No Face ID for this app. Even Touch ID doesn’t work right and that’s been on iPad for years! Have resorted to using iPhone app on my iPad...
Login error

When I click open the app appears on the screen and then immediately closes. This has been happening over the past three weeks. I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded and it will work for one or two times and then the same issue happens. I’ve rebooted my iPad and that doesn’t seem to fix it either. Please fix! This is extremely frustrating!

Much better
Deleting and re-downloading the app corrected many of the problems. The App works much better now and almost emulates web banking.
Error
Update is full of errors. Can't log in.

I deleted old version, and re downloaded! Works perfect!!
Got it to work!
Like many others my new update was not working. Once I deleted the app and downloaded it again it works just like new. I don't know why it works but it does.

Once launching app, all labels on it read as errors instead as what they are supposed to (username/password).
